Safety rules
- Follow the attendant's instructions
- Remove shoes before entering
- Remove glasses where required by the operating procedure
- Empty pockets of sharp or dangerous items
- No food or drink
- No climbing or hanging from the structure
- Do not enter if instructed not to by the attendant
- Follow all operating limits stated for the equipment
- Children remain the responsibility of their parent or responsible adult unless the agreed operating procedure states otherwise

- No face paint
- No glitter
- No confetti
- No coloured powders
- No silly string
- No sharp objects

Venue responsibilities
- Confirm permission to use the equipment at your venue
- Provide accurate dimensions where requested
- Provide suitable access
- Provide suitable power where required
- Tell us about stairs, narrow entrances and other restrictions
- Keep the setup area clear before arrival
- Tell us about venue rules
- Arrange the agreed setup and collection access times
