How Booking Works
1. Check Availability — tell us your date, approximate time, location and event type. 2. Receive Your Quote — we confirm availability and your requirements. 3. Secure Your Date — accept the quotation and hire terms and arrange the required booking payment. 4. Final Details — confirm colours, access, timings, styling and requirements. 5. Event Day — we arrive in advance to prepare the experience. 6. Enjoy — the experience operates for the agreed hire period. 7. Collection — we pack everything away after the event. An enquiry does not reserve a date. Receiving a quote does not secure a booking. Acceptance may create a provisional booking. Your booking remains provisional until the required booking payment and terms acceptance have been checked and the business confirms your date.
Booking Payment & Balance
A booking payment is normally required towards your total price: 25% of the booking value, subject to a minimum of £50.00. It never exceeds the total booking price and is deducted from your final balance. Your quotation confirms the amount payable for your booking, including any expressly agreed adjustment. Your remaining balance is normally due 7 days before your event. Bookings made within 7 days of the event require payment in full when confirmed. Your booking payment is credited towards the total price. It is not a damage deposit. Please refer to the approved cancellation terms for any cancellation treatment.
What Is Included
Your selected package and quotation specify exactly what is included. Balloon quantities, selected colours, styling, delivery, setup, collection and any attendant arrangements must match that package; not every inclusion applies to every experience.
Attendant & Supervision
Where an attendant is included in your package, they operate and supervise the attraction and help guests enjoy it safely. Customers and guests must follow their instructions. Check your selected package for included, optional or required attendant arrangements.
Before We Arrive
Please make us aware of anything that may affect delivery or setup, including stairs, restricted parking, narrow access, venue time restrictions or unusual ground conditions. We need accurate venue, address, access, parking, surface, space, power and setup information.
Space & Power Requirements
Please contact us if you are unsure whether your venue has sufficient space. We will confirm the requirements for your selected experience before your booking is finalised. The Bubble House requires a suitable power supply for operation. We will confirm the exact requirements before your event.
Hire Period, Setup & Collection
Standard private Bubble House hire: 2 hours. Your package and quote specify the agreed period. Allow approximately 60 to 90 minutes before the event for setup. Allow approximately 45 to 60 minutes afterwards for collection. Timings vary by package, access and styling. Setup and collection take place outside the agreed customer hire period wherever venue access allows. Additional private hire: £60.00 per hour, subject to availability.
Cleaning & Equipment Care
Customers must help keep the equipment in suitable condition during the hire and follow the prohibited-items rules.
Damage & Exceptional Cleaning
Customers must take reasonable care of the equipment and follow the operating rules. Where equipment is damaged, lost or requires exceptional cleaning because the agreed rules were not followed, we may seek reasonable, evidenced repair, replacement or cleaning costs. Any separate security deposit must be expressly agreed; the booking payment is not a damage deposit.
Changes & Cancellation
Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel. Available options depend on the agreed booking terms and circumstances. Cancellation charges and retained payments must be fair and proportionate. See the Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions. Any unapproved policy is marked as requiring owner/legal review.
Outdoor Events & Weather
Outdoor Bubble House operation is always subject to suitable weather and safe operating conditions. We put safety ahead of the event schedule. If the equipment cannot be operated safely, we will discuss available options, which may include a suitable indoor alternative, changing the operating time, moving to another suitable date or applying the approved cancellation/weather policy. We cannot promise operation in unsuitable weather. Operating decisions must follow the manufacturer's requirements and actual conditions, not a general weather app alone.
Insurance & Documentation
Commercial public liability insurance in place.
Where We Cover
Our core service areas include Burridge, Whiteley, Fareham, Southampton, Portsmouth, Winchester, Eastleigh, Hampshire. Local delivery is included where stated in your selected package. Bookings outside the standard service area may incur an additional travel charge. Travel charges are confirmed before the booking is accepted; no automatic mileage tariff is applied.
Schools, Fêtes, Festivals & Public Events
Public events normally receive a bespoke quotation. We may need organiser details, operating hours, expected attendance, a site plan, power availability, vehicle access, setup/breakdown windows, risk assessment requirements, insurance documentation, operator requirements and emergency arrangements.
Corporate & Branded Events
Please provide relevant brand guidelines, artwork, campaign messaging, prize details, competition format, leaderboard requirements, venue rules, event schedule, loading access and an on-site contact. These details help us prepare your quotation and event checklist.
Prize Experiences
Prize experiences may use lightweight tokens, cards or objects in an interactive game. The client may supply prizes. The exact competition format must be agreed before the event. A paid game of chance is not automatically lawful; any required review must take place before the format is approved.
