Hire times, payment and venue needs: Booking information

School fairs, village fêtes and family days
Public-facing events need clear participation rules, waiting space and an agreed operating format. Tell us whether the attraction is free to use, part of a ticketed event or associated with a prize activity. We can discuss hosting and the practical responsibilities instead of assuming a private party package will suit.
A useful event-organiser checklist
Send your site plan, ground or floor details, power arrangements and access windows. Include paperwork requirements and the name of the person who can approve the operating space. Outdoor plans also need a weather contingency. We do not promise throughput, attendance or fundraising returns.
Plan your next step
Share your date, postcode and event details so we can review the practical requirements.
